The Casual Kid operate a generous 14day returns policy starting from the day you place your order, If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) simply return the item(s) to our address as listed on the invoice supplied with your order and we will organise an exchange or refund depending on what you would like to do.
We will not accept returns on any item(s) with tags removed or signs of having been worn.
